Internship / Analyst Opportunities
Mbuyu Capital is interested to hear from prospective interns/analysts. We are looking for individuals with skills in the following areas:
Whether a position is an Analyst or an Internship depends on experience and time commitment. Analysts are expected to commit for 3 or 4 months and Interns for at least one month. Remuneration depends on experience. If the project is successful there will be opportunities for longer-term employment. Positions are remote unless you would like to work full or part time from our office in Hereford, UK or Leiden, the Netherlands.
Plant Protein Market Analyst
We are also seeking an Analyst to understand the potential of plant protein and related products for the food sector. It is part of the firm’s strategy to focus on investments which seek to mitigate climate change. The role is expected to be for three months initially. Remuneration depends on experience. The position is remote unless you would like to work full or part time from our office in Hereford, UK or Leiden, the Netherlands.

Mbuyu Capital is interested to hear from prospective interns/analysts. We are looking for individuals with skills in the following areas:
- An analyst to research, build pipeline and undertake stock analysis of private and public companies contributing to climate change mitigation in the food and related sectors, including biotech.
- An analyst with a background in climate modelling to work on forecasting the short and longer term impact of climate change on food production globally. Ideally the candidate would also have some understanding of commodity markets. The candidate needs to have strong technical skills, including the use of Python and other tools for modelling and visualisation.
- Social media content creation and marketing campaign management, using Salesforce and Linkedin, with a strong interest in climate investments and some knowledge of investments and/or economics.
